[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome, just hate when it doesn't want to connect to the skullcandy in app or claims it's not compatible with the headphones despite it working b4. Even reset them in the case and reset the headphones but other than that it works great.

i’m having a bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’m having a bad experience with my product. i was able to use it regularly every day for a week and then they went dead on me. the left bud doesn’t charge and the right one would end up just having a light that would stay on even whenever i would put it in my charging case so it would just drain the battery.
So
i have obviously tried to do the warranty and im having to send the product back but im about to currently be gone for months and don’t have time to do it. this product is now sitting at my home while im away and can’t return it and im afraid my warranty period won’t work by the time im back.

I want these to work because my skull crusher anc2 is still working well.
luckily those are my pride and joy. I was hoping these bose and skull candy would work well and not have issues but as other brands i’ve purchased they always have issues with the charging case.
this is one seems to be No different than the others. what are yall able to do to rectify this situation ?
