I love the design, color,

I love the design, color, and the quality, of the earbuds. The sound quality is definitely awesome and I love the fact it pauses when I take one out when listening to both of them! However, the case might need some improvement. I find the clip on excellent however I do feel like you guys need a locking mechanism so then the case won't come open and have the ear buds fall out. But in all, it's an excellent purchase for the price

Ear bud response messages thru

Ear bud response messages thru ear piece are too too loud. ANC is poor, sound quality could be MUCH BETTER. Controls are not as responsive as other Bose products. Left ear bud is on right side of case and right ear bud is on the left side, markings on case indicating “side “ are almost invisible. Return process is VERY DIFFICULT. I followed procedure and NEVER got email response with RMA and return instructions. Going on website puts you in an endless loop. You have to GOOGLE SkullCandy to get a phone number to call in order to process return. I LOVE Bose products and was disappointed in this purchase. Case photo’s online lead you to believe that it is smaller and easier to carry, not so much
