The tips fall out inside my ear, battery life isn’t anywhere near what was advertised. Getting the earbuds in the case is a chore.

I'm loving them, they sound great and charge fast. The stay aware mode works wonders when I'm at work! My only gripe is the voice for the headphones themselves is loud and abrasive. Hopefully they'll release an update that either changes the voice or gives you the option to change/lower the volume in the app.

I have tried a number of wireless earbuds and the quality of the base just isn't there when compared to my earbuds with wires, and these are no different. The fit on them is great and the packaging is cool but that's about it. Sorry folks.

The sound is very high

The sound is very high in quality and they fit great. The ANC is also quite impressive for the rough 100 dollar price point. I only have 2 problems with the earbuds. First is the voice for ANC and different modes being too loud. Second is there is not a volume slider making it limited to 4 functions per earbud which even though it sounds like a lot is not really to beneficial.
