The force of the air with this hairdryer I find to be too powerful even at its lowest setting with a diffuser. I purchased through Best Buy Marketplace in attempting to return or contact the seller, the site crashes make it impossible to make contact or initiate a return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
