Can damage hair

I have fine, very wavy hair and a lot of it! I’m not new to using a defuser either. This dryer definitely dries your hair quickly but it is extremely hot to the point where you have to wait to take off the defuser because you will burn your hands!
I have to use it on the lower heat because it has literally fried my hair.
I don’t know if mine is defective or if it’s supposed to be this hot but I need use a lot of heat protectors which weighs down my hair, defeating the whole purpose.
I’ve had it too long to return it and I don’t feel like wasting my money by throwing it away.

Your website provides crap information about specs. Needed to know about cord length. Bought and didn’t fit purpose. Retuned.
