Great commuter

Right out of the box at 50% charge it went 25km/h. Charged to 100% it does go the advertised 30km/h. Just note that if you go over 24km/h in Ontario you're speeding. Great build quality. I did a stress test going max speed and it went 33.8km on a windy day (I weight 205 ibs). That's from full charge to 0% charge. So far I really enjoy the product. I've been using it for a week.

I initially started the return of my G30P (before receiving the product) thinking it would be too weak for a 210 lbs guy. I also thought the lack of suspension would be a huge drawback, and it could be vare slow with 30km/h max speed, but the options with suspension were at least 300 bucks more expensive, so I gave it a try and I feel in love.
The scooter construction is very solid, it can carry me up some smal slopes with no problems and the "D" (normal) drive mode is the most pleasant one.
Right out of the box I am achieving 15km/h in "ECO" mode, 25km/h in "D" mode and 30km/h in sport mode. I surprisingly feel 25 km/h is just enough for any commute and don't think I would feel safe going over 35 km/h with something with 10 inch wheels.

Firmware update issue

its been a great time owning this scooter until the new firmware update. it feels like a cheap scooter not a premium one like before. They try to limit the top speed in urban area by reducing the watt power not the top speed. Therefore it almost can not move due to my weight. All the power gone!!! In the past it was like a rocket launcher. now like a cheap children toy. now looking to sell it away. get other brand. UNTIL THEY RECONSIDER WITH A NEW FIRMWARE UPDATE. now not recommended. Just like apple who has a battery issue with CPU speed limitation in the past and lost in the court.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this scooter will meet all your needs, its fast and lasts long. When you charge it the scooters screen shown what percent its at. It has 3 modes 1. eco mode [15 km] 2. drive mode [25 km] 3. sport mode [30 km!]. A very good scooter

Arrived damaged, no available service center

Love thé scooter is exactly what I was looking for. But it arrived with a cut on the valve stem on the front tire so it wouldn’t hold air. Best I could get from customer service was a replacement valve stem in the mail but no shops anywhere can replace a valve stem on this tire.
I would recommend this to a friend!

you have to push off quite a bit to get it moving in any speed setting and if you try to put a person on it 220 or more it's almost stopped!... my son is 13 years old and pretty light and it takes a bit to get moving FAST! NO torque.. again you have to push it...
test first! make sure it's like they are on the videos but service SUCKS! so far...
