This is the 3rd Vornado fan I’ve bought. Different sizes though...mini, jr. sr. Mini for bathroom, Jr. for bedroom, Senior for larger room. I will stick with the senior one because of it’s features. Like, 3 speed, size & consistent quality. Best fan possible to purchase! A little pricey but well worth it!

Unfortunately, this fan has 2 settings and one is so slow it's not worth having it and the second one is not effective at creating much of a breeze unless you put it rightt in front of your face. My daughter has it in her dorm room and we loved it for the size and color options, but she is super disappointed with it. Wish I would have spent less on a bigger better fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this, because my mom has been struggling with fevers, despite medical attention. We had been resting a little battery-operated fan on the bed, as I thought we would have to with this one. Absolutely unnecessary. It might be small, but it has power. It is almost entirely made of metal, which I prefer, but have come to not expect in modern products. It is retro-elegant, and it is a joy to use. One slight quibble is that the color seems a little darker than the photos, but it is such a relief to have a quality product one hardly cares.

I shouldn't review this yet as I have only turned it on once, but in the interests of clearing our my in box, here goes:
This fan is very cute and looks perfect for my intended use which is in the bathroom to run on the hemp shower curtain after a shower.
I am pleased that it is mostly metal (wish the fan blades were too), and I also like that it is simple with on / off and low / high speed and that is it.
The antique white is almost tan which looks great with the wood in the bathroom.
Seems to work fine and I hope it is good quality to last for awhile.

Modern products that mimic retro design are so often disappointing. They might look great but they're often made from cheap plastic materials. I am pleased to report that this fan is as good as it looks. It is solidly constructed with thick, heavy metal and features superior modern performance. I bought this for temporary use while my central unit was being repaired, but it has earned a permanent spot on my desk. I highly recommend it.

Great Classic Design but Underpowered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan has a great vintage style that I love. I have a few other vintage fans from the 1940's but they feel dangerous because the blades are metal and are poorly guarded. This fan has a similar style but is very safe. I use this fan on my desk at work but I wish this fan was bigger so I could use another in my bedroom at night. My only complaint about the fan is that it is a little loud at the highest speed. I would highly recommend this fan to anyone that likes the style and needs a fan for a small room or desk.
Pros: Compact, Vintage Style
Cons: Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this cute compact fan in exchange for providing a review. My family and I are huge fans of vornado products because of their quality. Once again, this product did not disappoint! The fun design immediately caught my daughter and husband's attention. Needless to say, I had to wait my turn to use the fan! The sturdy design leads me to believe that this fan will last a very long time. I mostly used it on my nightstand, which is a short distance from the bed, so the fan had plenty of power to provide a quiet air flow that reached me. It probably would not work in a huge room, but I dont think that is the intention of the product. It does a great job in our bedrooms! We will continue to use it (and fight over it )!
Pros: Compact, Good Power Output, Quiet, Stable Base
