Device makes noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a mini, when it came I noticed a high pitched sound when the device is on. Reached out to support for a replacement. Support was awesome, but my new device also makes the same high pitched noise. I also thought this device would have ambient mode, it does not. That was my fault for not checking. Overall, the device works great at releasing the scents, but it’s not silent. For the price, I’d go with the Pura 4

Perfect for a 1 bedroom
