Love the fragrance but connecting the wifi and diffuser is a painful, tedious and, at times frequent undertaking.

While I really like the fragrance as a whole, the actual diffuser and app itself are a pain.
If your Wi-Fi/internet goes out for more than a minute, you'll need to reset each Pura device to reconnect to the internet (which is time consuming and very tedious). Further, if you have more than 5G, you'll have to reconfigure your Wi-Fi settings for at least 1 channel dedicated to the Pura devices you have at 2.5G. AND, if you dare to upgrade your modem/router, you'll experience the same thing: resetting, readding to ADD the new wifi/router name-- which essentially isn't working for me at all (after 2 days of trying to get them connected and in spite of "adding", "removing/forgetting" etc. It should NOT be this difficult to connect to Wi-Fi and one that I have expressly dedicated, at 2.5G, for 3 Pura diffusers (as I write this, I've been waiting to 'connect' for >15 minutes).
I'll also add that you will literally have no idea when the fragrance 'vials' are empty other than "guessing" via the "Run Time" and the "low fragrance" notification on the phone app (which doesn't tell you anything other than it's low-- not: is it empty or is there 15% left/"x" days or hours until vial is empty). You will not know if you're just "nose blind" to the fragrance or if it's empty.
I'm to the point contemplating whether or not to continue with the subscriptions (which are expensive) and just trash the diffuser (which was also expensive) because this is NOT the user experience I was looking for. At least with other 'plugins' I don't have to connect to the wifi and I can visually SEE the remaining scent (and when to replace it).
Come on Pura-- you can do better than this (get the WiFi options fixed, fix the app (connections take a ridiculously LONG time to do; consider adding notifications that pop up on banners via our phones to advise of low levels or disconnected from internet).

This scent is clean, not overpowering, and is one of my favorite Pura scents. For years I burned Volcano candles in my house, but this is much safer, and the smell is exactly the same.

Definitely one of my favorite scents. Fruity and juicy mix. Fairly strong scent that lingers all day. Makes me feel like I'm on a tropical island.

Volcano was my favorite scent in a candle but with kids, I never felt comfortable lighting it. I love the safety and convenience of this amazing scent.

I love that Volcano goes with any season of the year. Light enough for spring and summer, yet with a warmth that brings it nicely into the fall and winter. It has been a favorite of mine for a long time!
