Fragrance diffusion issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As of recent, subscription for this scent has drastically changed in quality. Scent no longer noticed at all. New shipment received (6 volcano vials, plus 10 other replacements in varying scents) replaced all diffusers with new volcano insert, set on strong… no fragrance noticeable at all. Vial full and “diffusing” yet never able to detect fragrance. Has happened every shipment since Jan 2024….
