Two Arrived Used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Volcano I’ve purchased, and both have seemed to be previously used. The one I just installed has half the run time remaining as the other scent I installed with it. It’s disappointing that no refund or exchange is offered without going through the trouble of returning the broken/used one.
