AWESOME PRODUCT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was at a friends house and told her that her house smelled amazing and she told me about Pura. I purchased over the holidays and received so many compliments on how nice the house smelled. Love that I can schedule a time for my scents to start working in the home and can save on product by not wasting it by letting it run all day and night.

PURA plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed. This is my second PURA plus. The first one had a motor issue. I was sent a replacement. This PURA plus delivers a very weak scent. Hopefully, PURA will I’ll work out the kinks considering this is a new device for their company.

Like the manual controls

This is a big step up from my Pura wall mount diffuser. I like that you can set it on a table since my outlets are somewhat awkwardly placed. The scent also covers a larger area. I’ve heard people say the fan is too loud. I disagree. Yes you can hear it, but it’s very faint and somewhat soothing. The thing I like best is the manual controls. While the app gives you a lot more options, sometimes I just don’t want to mess with it. I like pushing the left or right button, which sets up a four hour timer. The first tap is strong, the second medium, and the third subtle. The fourth turns it off. I really, really like that Pura has given us this option.

Critical flaw: It’s too loud

Love the features that have been highlighted in all the 5 star reviews. I agree it’s great to be able to work it without the phone if needed. Also I agree that it fills a large space with scent really well and is esthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, part of a tranquil space for me includes the sounds and this motor is actually not possible to ignore. It’s a “quiet” motor to be clear and has a relatively soft sound. But it’s by no means actually quiet. So for me it’s such a deterrent I want to return it. The only other plus I think could be added besides making it truly quiet is to also make it chargeable so it can be placed anywhere. Even without a plug.
