Why is it so loud?!

Scent spreading is great, but omg why is it so loud?! With how sleek it is and the PURA 4 being so silent, it was shocking to hear such a loud fan on this thing. It’s very off putting. Sounds like my old lap top when it over heated. Now sure how I feel about it, saving the box - may return it.

If you have high ceilings, get this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the other Pura that works well in smaller spaces, but when I tried to use it in my living room with high ceilings, I couldn't smell anything. Soon after I got that Pura, this new Pura came out. I'm honestly shocked at how well it works. Just like the other Pura, some scents have better throw than others but when you find the right ones. It's amazing.
