I have 2 plug in diffusers and they are ok . This one blew my mind on how great ut works! Absolutely worth the money . Thinking of purchasing another one.

Pura plus is very loud

I have had my diffuser for about 3 months and it is very loud buzzing. I don’t think it was this loud originally but I had it behind my Christmas tree before so I didn’t notice it. But now it is out in the open and the buzzing is very loud in a quiet room. It seems to be working so I will continue to use it. If you don’t mind the white noise it creates then you may not care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the diffuser is working, it is amazing. I love the scent that it puts out. But when it decides to not work, it get's frustrating. The blue tooth and schedule seem to not sync 100% of the time to the schedule I set.

Noisy and clumsy software

But the worst part is that the fan noise is loud.
The software doesn’t recognize the correct scent. It’s been all around frustrating. May just go back to the scent sticks.

Looks Nice and is Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of the device and the convenience that comes with all Pura devices with programming and knowing when to replace fragrances. My only complaint is this device does not have the reach I expected. I have to be relatively close to the device to smell the scent even at full strength, although some scents are stronger than others.
