LOVE This Product & Great CS. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I graduated from the double plug version to the Pura Plus and am very happy with the amount of scent / coverage offered. Additionally, I had a power outage and somehow I was unable to reboot my Pura Plus, so I used their CS chat feature on a Sunday morning and got immediate results and a new unit shipped to me to replace the malfunctioning machine. So far so good with this newer model ! Looking forward to the introduction of new products in the future !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the Pura Plus. The style and size are great. As far as scent range and coverage I'm not sure yet. The scent I used was a little strong at first and then dissipated. . . I'm thinking it was the scent and not necessarily the Pura Plus. Swapping out the scents soon and will have a better idea after that.
