Love, Love, Love my PURAs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were recently on vacation and the hotel we were staying at smelled amazing. I asked the concierge what sent it was? She said she wasn’t exactly sure but anything like white tea would be similar. Soon as we got home, I ordered the Pura and the white tea scent - voila! Now I feel like I’m on vacation when I’m in my own home!

Not as durable as pura4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the pura pro and pura4. No issues with pura4 wall unit but the pura pro started making a loud noise after about 3 months. Pro has a fan inside that makes a slight noise but after a few months something went wrong with fan and it became very noticeable every time the pro turned on. It was obnoxiously loud. I sent pura a video and they replaced it. I rate its durability a 1 star and its performance is a 5. It does work really well to fill the room with fragrance

Amazing scents

Loving This! It’s Helping Sell My House!

I used White Tea 1 as the scent (recommended by someone who has actually studied scents in relation to selling homes). It has been an amazing success. I love how it can modify the output and set schedules. Wonderful!!

Diffusers are inconsistent but the scents are lovely

I have intermittent problems with my 2 Pura 3 devices and my Pura Plus device that sometimes take weeks to resolve. When they are functioning as intended they are wonderful. They work on a schedule and the ability to adjust scent has been nice. They are easy to change the scent when it's time for a replacement and I get a notification reminder about doing this. But then all of a sudden they won't connect to my wifi and nothing from the troubleshooting guide seems to work and this will last for days. I become so frustrated that I leave them for a week or longer before attempting again. Sometimes it starts working sometimes I have to repeat the troubleshooting again and again. Last issue was it was saying my wifi password was incorrect and it only cleared this error after restarting my router numerous times over the course of a week. Currently, I'm in my kitchen listening to the Pura Plus in my living room make a noise loud enough to be heard over the TV. This is also an intermittent problem sometimes the Plus goes through days of schedule and is never heard and other days it's so noisy I end up stopping the schedule because maybe it needs a rest.
