[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I love Pura however, I have been using for years, I have at least 7 in my home and spend hundreds every month on scents. I have also referred friends and bought for gifting. Recently I claimed a promo for a free diffuser with 6 month commitment. Only to have my order cancelled and Pura said it’s because I already had one. Seriously? How can you limit someone on the money they spend on your company every month. I don’t know who is in charge of these decisions but they need to rethink them. I’m signing to commit for another 6 months and you won’t allow me. Beyond ridiculous
