Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Geez I was so excited to get started with Pura. But I’ve been disappointed with the execution. First of all, the Pura Plus unit is not filling my room with the awesome fragrances I chose to put in it. Even when I have it on its highest setting and it is just an average size room. 20 x 20 ! I don’t know if it’s the unit itself or the fragrance inability to scent. The second disappointing aspect of my experience is the fact I do not get a scratch and sniff booklet to choose my fragrances. This is insane. ! I do see a scratch and sniff booklet that I can buy which I did by the way, but it has a limited number of fragrances in the booklet. Pura it’s not going to be around long if they do not fix these two things that I find disappointing. I like the app and it’s abilities. , I love the two fragrances that I chose, but unfortunately really don’t enjoy because the Plus diffuser performs poorly
