Free Pura plus contract confusing to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot get my device to connect to the app for some reason. I can get my other pure devices to connect so I just press the buttons manually on the device and it stays on for a certain amount of time. I don’t know how long in terms itself off so at least I can enjoy some use of it. Troubleshoot to everything with no fix also I’m not sure if I am fulfilling my requirements for this deal or not there is no real way of checking up on that. I totally understood what was going on in the beginning it was cut and dry but as I swapped since and fulfilled other orders I couldn’t find any way of keeping track of how many I needed left to go. I’m very confused so I just keep buying stuff to make sure I have fulfilled my agreement LOL. I don’t know when this is over but if I could get this to connect to the app, I would love it.
