I wanted to love this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this product, however, my phone kept losing the device every few minutes, therefore we were not able to use this remotely as intended. I am only able to use the diffuser with the manual switch, and have to turn it on after every auto shutoff. Very disappointed in that.
The fragrance strength itself was great for an open concept space. I may need to try multiple wall plug ins vs this particular device though due to the ongoing connection issues since day 1.
