I tried to use your influencer code

I can’t contact your company so maybe you’ll see this- I tried to use the Kelsie code for Black Friday sale to save with my subscription. The influencer said you could combine discount code with savings on the subscription. But my account wouldn’t allow the 35% off. Can you help me with that since there’s no way to connect with a service rep?
