[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This company is terribly run. If they put as much effort into delivering their product as they do promoting it maybe they’d be better. The fragrance came a whole month late so I didn’t even get to enjoy this “christmasy scent” until January!!! Also, every time I tried to contact customer service, there was a prerecorded message about “how busy they were”. Not to mention writing an email and never hearing back!!! Terrible terrible business.
