Great fragrance, horrible customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This scent is amazing! Absolutely one of my favorite! Pura's customer service on the other hand is extremely lacking! I am super happy with my diffuser and fragrances, but completely unsatisfied with the customer service inhave received. Someone was supposed to get back to within 72 hours, and I have heard NOTHING! Trying to plug in the correct order of response to reach a live chat agent is also a complete joke.
