I typically have it scheduled from 6-9 PM, just as we're finishing up dinner and getting the family ready for bed. The calming and relaxing aroma fills our home, creating the perfect atmosphere for winding down after a busy day.

He usually suffers from bad dreams but this scent has helped bring him some calm at night. It’s a pleasure to have this scent in our home.
