We set it half an hour before we relax in bed and it creates a tranquil environment it turns off after 3 hours. We sleep better with it. Could t dream of a better item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfectly dreamy lavender scent! Not too sweet smelling, which some lavender blends can have. This blend has a hint of chamomile, that makes it more soothing and spa like. Works well in any room of the house.
