I cant use it - my diffuser doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've filed a complaint, asked for support and still get charged even when I skip months because for months, my diffuser has not been working and when I ask for a replacement to be issued, I'm asked to repeat the same 10 steps that didnt work the last 20 times (and that's literally thr minimum of times ive tried troubleshooting) I tried the support teams troubleshooting methods. It's a waste of time and money and I'm extremely disappointed.
