It is defective and needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is defective and needs to be replaced- I can’t smell anything when it’s switched on.
Also, the app is full of bugs. I’ve had issues trying to turn on my Pura diffusers and I bought two. They should work better for the cost.

Sophisticated long lasting scent that doesn't overwhelm!
