The first thing I noticed was the clean, mineral-rich taste—far superior to regular table salt. It adds a bright, natural salinity without overpowering the dish, whether I'm finishing a grilled steak or sprinkling it over roasted vegetables.
The texture is also worth mentioning. It’s coarser than standard salt but not so large that it’s inconvenient to use. It’s great for pinching and finishing, especially when I want that extra bit of crunch and flavor right before serving. I also love that it’s minimally processed, sourced sustainably, and doesn’t include additives or anti-caking agents.
If you’re into clean ingredients and enhancing flavor with simplicity, Pura’s Fresh Sea Salt is absolutely worth it. A small amount goes a long way, and it feels like a premium product from start to finish.
