Never worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased three weeks before Christmas the product never worked. Spent hours on the phone troubleshooting. Problem never resolved. It has been more than a month and still waiting for resolution. The replacement Pura 4 Does not work either. The Troubleshooting team cannot resolve the problem. I will probably be returning the item very disappointed would not recommend to anyone.

The scents run out faster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scents run out faster than anticipated especially with not using them all day everyday. The Pura and app were easy to set up and the scents (Volcano by Anthropologie and Nest Holiday) were lovely! Overall, I am not sure if this is worth the price.
