[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the option to turn on and off as needed although item does tend to stay warm even if off. Would love the ability to choose which slot to use more easily than currently available on app as I don’t use 2 scents at once as I feel it is a waste. I don’t see the device being long lasting as it seems to deteriorate shortly over time. I tend to clean them often when I see fragrance gathering around the device and gives off a burnt scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t find it very user friendly to set it up. Still can’t get the color on the dial to stay where I put it. Seems to be more effective in a small bathroom than the living room. I have ordered one more so we will see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obsessed. With 3 dogs and 2 kids, this makes my house smell great all day long. I turn it up before guests arrive just for an added welcoming scent. Love the app and being able to control it from wherever I am. It impressed my mother in law and others have made comments about how good it smells when they come over. I just got a second one for the upstairs and can’t wait to get it going too! I bought one for a white elephant party and it was the hit of the party!!!

False advertising

I am so sad and disappointed! I trusted their advertising for safe products but always found their lack of information a little shady. I dove deep last night to find that almost all of their scents (all that I found) were using ingredients that are toxic to pets and many had known allergens for irritation to humans. If they were actually formulated without harmful ingredients they’d be more transparent about their ingredient list.
