I’ve never had an issue with it. I recommend them to all my friends. I just love having a house that smells nice, and with the pura, I never have to worry about it.

Poor connection options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pura does not have a manual option to run and if you don’t have WiFi it will never work for you in your home. We operate on a hot spot and were not compatible with the device. Sadly we had to gift it to somebody else and were unable to use it.
