[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pura 4 is very easy to use. The instructions that are provided are very clear, but then again the product is very straightforward. Having the app and being able to create your own schedule definitely the best thing.

Not Working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, my new free Pura 4 Diffuser is not working. I was able to set it up easily and followed all the prompts. I had set my schedules and was ready for it to start early the next morning. A few hours later it went offline and I've followed all the Trouble Shooting prompts and suggestions to no avail. I can not get it to reset. So, this free Pura 4 with a 6 month subscription is currently a dud to me. Now that Christmas is over I will have to take the time to call support services to see if we can fix the issue. SIGH!!!
