WAY too strong on lightest setting, sent back, battled for refund

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered one Pura to test in our house. We meant to order two vials to fill the machine, but somehow there was a third added to our basket. We caught the mistake immediately and called Pura to change our subscription back to two. We’d only need two a month, so the third (same scent) was too much product. They refused and said we were stuck with THREE for twelve months. STRIKE ONE. We received the unit, and even on the lowest setting, it was SO strong that we had to leave the house until it died down. Our house is 1300sf, so we didn’t think that one unit would overpower our house, but it did. Sent it back the very next day. Pura acted like they didn’t receive it and refused to cancel our subscription. The tracking number said Pura HAD received it. After more than FIVE LONG phone calls to Pura, they “escalated” our case to management who magnanimously decided to finally cancel a monthly subscription for scent and refund us for the unit we had returned a month prior. If you like a SUPER perfumed home, than this is the unit for you. If not or if ytou change your mind, don’t think that PURA is going to let you go that easily. My advise, DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE OFFER OF A UNIT for the small price of a subscription. We thought it was a safe bet to order a scent we already had in our home and knew we liked in a candle and spray form. The perfume vial we got from PURA was NOT the same and it was way too strong.

Pura makes it so easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pura makes it so easy to install their devices, set your own schedules, and even the intensity of the scent. I love the convenience of just turning it on before guests come over as well as having the set schedules. With a Husband who is sensitive to fragrance, I just leave my devices on low and he doesn't complain!

I love the scent options- holy cow, so many! The technology behind this and the set up make it a breeze. I love how I can manage this from my phone. I'm hooked! I bought another and buying more for gifts.

Really love the customizability in the app. You can set the times and strengths of different scents (reducing waste) and also choose the color light that is displayed. Also love that I can easily manage my subscription through the app. The diffuser itself is very easy to set up.
