Nice scents, somewhat difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these set up in my house very easily but not sure why there are 2 slots in them. It seems the scent only is really dispersed from the first slot for some reason and it seems it doesn’t automatically switch to the 2nd slot

I am enjoying it, but there is a bit of trial and error finding scents I like. & the scent holes are kind of dirty already and don't clean up easily. But the diffuser itself is pretty reliable, and fills my small space with scent quite easily. but sometimes the scent names are wrong in the app, because maybe the chip sticker is wrong.
