[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly haven’t seen much of a difference between the pura 3 and 4 but I’m loving the product and how easy it is to use. It’s very convenient to turn on from my phone and set the time.

Right side never connected to scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product sounds great until its in your home and only half of it works. I put in a request for customer service a while ago and they said I would be contacted by email. (Which didn't happen) So I reached out again and was told the same thing. I have 4 scent and I have tried all of them in the right side of my device. One of the scents I have I think is the problem too because it wont connect to my pura 3. So... Pura 4 and Pura 3 that I ordered are not all that amazing. Bummer, it seemed like it would be a great product!
