Scents Leak out very easy and it constantly has flashing lights from an outdated app that is not outdated?

This thing leaks if its not perfectly upright or plugged in. If your going to unplug even just for a second it will leak out. Since the device is round you cant place it anywhere without it leaking out. Terrible design. If your going to unplug it, you have to remove the scents. About once a week I find it waking me up with flashing lights in the middle of the night. Why? My app is up to date. I also find about half the time my diffusers cannot be found by bluetooth. My wife was so frustrated with it she threw it away. It was all gross and sticky from the scents leaking out and constantly has outdated app problems.

The New Pura 4 is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of enjoying the original Pura scent diffuser, it was starting to lose connectivity, and felt like a lot of time went into getting it back online. The Pura 4 is smart and fast! Setup is lightning-fast. Many scents now have chips, so the old-fashioned “scan before inserting” is fading away. I’m a major fan (even more than before!) I’ll be purchasing more Pura 4 devices for myself and my family for Christmas.

Great scents, Smaller than expected coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love all the scent options and the ease of scheduling on the app. My only complaint is that unless I have it on strong, it does not diffuse the scent as well as other plug ins I’ve used.
