It never recognized one of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It never recognized one of the fragrance. I tried so many times and got it for a few minutes and then went back to unknown fragrance. Not sure if the technology isn’t the best or my device is damaged??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what to say about this diffuser other than that it's a dream. The only downside is if you leave vials in it and store horizontal, they spill and ruin the diffuser... but that could probably have been expected.

Best Scent Upgrade

I ended up doing the build a set option and picked coconut calm and salt for my two scens and I love it. After owning the Pura for a few weeks, I haven't even lit a candle in my home! The scent is THAT good.
