I love the Pura products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Pura products. However I do have problems with my #3 devices. I am hoping the #4 will not have the same fate. The one thing that needs a little work the plug..once the cartridges are loaded the device is a bit heavy and can drop a bit..something to balance the weight would be great for keeping the device secure.

This was a fun set and I’m happy to have gotten the scents that I did! The schedule for delivering is easy to adjust if needed and they’ll remind you via email before they send you the next scent set. The product works greats too and the app was easy to use.

Pura 4 isn't perfect - but I'm liking it!

I love not having to scan fragrances when I change them in the Pura 4 - time saver! I also like the smart vials that will last longer in this new device too. My only issue I noticed a few times is that a fragrance (or both) will disappear from the device in the app, even though nothing changed and no fragrance was removed. I have to pull it out and reinsert for it to reset.
