[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept. Love it when it works but ever since the pura 4 came out it has not worked in our home. You have sent me at least 4 replacements. My internet provider came and added 2.4 just for these and they fail to work or stay connected. I would have stayed a customer if I could have stuck with the pura 3. Been a customer since spring 2023.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my PURA. My house smells amazing, I get compliments from my guest all the time. The website and app are very user friendly. I love that I can set a schedule for my PURA to turn on and off. Having my replacement scents shipped automatically is very convenient. I will absolutely purchase this again, especially as a house warming gift for friends and family.
