Not strong enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The marketing is excellent. The packaging is perfect. The app is astoundingly good. All that to ultimately fall flat in the most substantive way - it’s much too weak. It really only works if you are in a very small room or sitting very close to the unit. If you are trying to fill a room of more than 100 sq feet, this will simply not do it. I moved on to a competitor.
My suggestion is that Pura come up with a Pura 5, or whatever, that is capable of filling 1000 sq. foot spaces. Not sure it’s possible with the heat method they use, but they’ve got the tech side down, so I’d reconsider if they came up with that kind of product.

I love being able to customizr my own schedule and set timers for certain scents. The setup is so easy and takes seconds. The pura app is truly genius and I love having access at my fingertips.

Free Pura 4 - Great, except for connectivity issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pura is a good device with effective performance when it’s functioning properly. I love using it with the app to schedule when it's on. However, it tends to be quite temperamental, requiring me to frequently "forget" and then "reconnect" the device because it often shows up as offline.
