Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the pura 4 system would be superior to any other room fragrance set up but I find it is either too strong oe undetectable. I have tried many different scents and cannot find anything better than my old "sticks in a bottle". I haven't even opened tthe "free" pura 3. So disappointed in the entire purchase & subscription.

Want to love it but why can you only plug it into a vertical plug?

I really wanted to love this and I am sure I am overlooking something simple but currently Pura 4 only allows you to plug it in to a vertical electrical outlet, which I don't have...mine are all horizontal. It looks like you can rotate the prongs...but I can't figure out how to do it, they don't turn, and there are zero instructions online on this issue.

Love Pura but not the 4!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of the Pura 4. The cover does not stay on well. The reading the smart vial function only works sometimes. The scents don’t seem to be as strong from the 4 as the 3. The first 4 I ordered did not function correctly. It didn’t heat up. Pura promptly sent out a new one that worked but I haven’t been impressed with the 4. Great idea just not executed well!!
