Unreliable and Inconsistent

Even after we successfully placed our cartridges, we went to look at the app a week later and then it was saying “no fragrance added” - like it was saying we needed to add the cartridges. We had already done that. Very super annoying. Unreliable.

Easy alternative to candles with great fragrances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and a welcome addition to our home. We have two - one in our main living space and one in our master bedroom. I love that you can set schedules and not have to think about it. I will say, it could be better for large open concept spaces, so I'm considering a second one for our living space, but for bedrooms and other areas of the home it completely fills the space with fragrance that isn't overwhelming. We get compliments anytime someone comes to the house. If you're on the fence, hop off! Its worth the purchase
