[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but issues with the Pura 4. I have multiple Pura 3 diffusers and have no issues with them. I am continually having technical issues with the 4. In my opinion there is no need to change to the 4.

The fragrances don't automatically show up like they are supposed to when inserted. They also don't show in the app after scanning. The Pura 4 is no better than the 3, don't waste your money.
