I bought a wall diffuser after eyeing them for some time at a local boutique. I’d hinted I wanted one for Christmas but no one took the hint.. so I bought it for myself after Christmas. I loved it! When my scents started running low after about 4 months I ordered some through the app. Well I never got to use them. By the time they arrived my diffuser had stopped working.
It will connect to WiFi and app and lights up correctly but there’s no scent at all. I had my daughter sit beside it to confirm thinking my nose was messed up. I’ve tried every scent I have, changed locations several times, reset it multiple times, and nothing works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pura, it’s nice knowing the fragrance can be set to turn off when I leave so that I’m not using it when I’m not home or out of town. I can also set a very specific mood in my rooms! I love it!
