[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pura 4 diffuser was very easy to set up. The fragrances offered by Pura are wonderful, such a wide variety that I love to experiment with. The subscription option adds value to the product, and it's easy to change your fragrances if you want to. Seasonal fragrances are wonderful and fun to use!

Love it when I can get it set up and programmed; why two bays?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It can be persnickety and a bit of a pain to set up... I wish you could run two scent inserts simultaneously (the same scent, obviously) for larger spaces or for scents that are subtle (like Havana Vanilla). TBH, I'm not sure why there are two bays on there when you can only program one at a time - if you turn one bay on, the other shuts off (or am I wrong?).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it makes my home smell so fresh! The app is great you can personalize the intensity of the scent , when you want it to diffuse and can even turn it in away from home so you can come home to a clean smelling fragrance.
