One of the two bays

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the two bays in my Pura 4 does not work properly. Any scent of the vials I plug there is barely perceptible even at the highest intensity. I was expecting a better performance considering the price compared to other home fragrance diffusers.
Also, fragrances smell very nice, but vials last very little.
Having the app to program the scents is great. It is super easy to use.
