Smells good but product leaks

Lovely,, but the essential oils leaked out of the Pura plug in and ruined a wooden mirror I had leaning against the wall underneath the outlet. So, the smell is great but the device itself has issues. Careful. Put paper towels or some sort of absorbent material under the device because the essential oils in the smell will wreck surfaces.

Planned obsolescence

Does its job until it doesn’t. You're buying this for one year, and then it will stop working, at which point the company will not replace it under the guise of a one year warranty. It’s not like the life of this product is dependent on the conditions it is used in. It’s in a house, plugged into a wall, and periodically turns on and off. It should last more than a year and if it doesn’t, the company should take pride in their product and replace it.
