Ease of service. And easy to use! We like having the subscription and being able to base it off our timeline and preferences! Also enjoying the new version.

I love the build pura 4 sets!

The only thing I would change is offering different/more scents in the samples! I ordered multiple build a Pura 4 sets and got the same samples for each set.
