[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Pura. It is functional, low profile, and easy to use while hooked up to my phone. Hooking it up to WiFi is a bit annoying, especially when it disconnects, but other than that it is great.

Stopped working after the fragrance dripped out onto my hardfloors 20 days after purchasing

I really enjoyed the scent that I purchased but it started dripping out into the diffuser and onto my hardwood floors after only having it for 20 days. The oil made my floors have a discolored area. I wiped the diffuser out with a paper towel to get the extra oils off and then when I tried plugging it back in, it no longer worked. I did all of the steps that was listed and it did not work. I tried notifying the company and I did not hear back from them. I feel like if you pay this much for a product that it should work longer than 30 days and it should not leak out onto my hardwood floors. Now I am stuck with the extra fragrances that I purchased and a broken diffuser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really does work better than my 3s. Scents last longer and it actually stops when I’m away. Only one of my 3s ever worked with away mode. My 4s have it figured out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like it most of the time but this time I changed fragrances they would not update to the correct ones and I woke up one day to the smell of burning oil from it because it wasn’t closed. I don’t like how all the fragrances aren’t the same strength and so one ends up running out before the other because it has to be turned up more.
