Always goes offline. The trouble

I have to forget the diffuser to get back online, then will do it again 3 or 4 days later... (varies) and i have 2 that have the same problem My wi fi is up, and my 3rd one works, so I don't understand it's issue.

We chose the Volcano scent which so far has been a a great choice for us. We also, received the car set which is also another great buy.
