[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that there’s no way to talk to someone in person is quite a concern especially when you got subscriptions and you can’t figure out what credit cards are even being charged to. I haven’t been sent since that I do not like continuously and no one is helping me I really just want to talk to a human being.
